We've done many implementations that all had their own challenges and bottlenecks, but what comes across when you need to guide a merger of two companies in NetSuite? 🤷

That was the assignment we got around three months ago and which we successfully completed in the beginning of April! The biggest challenges we faced were about harmonizing processes, making sure the IT landscape was updated to cover all processes and make sure daily business kept on going. While having a very ambitious planning we needed to make sure to keep a clear split in must-haves and nice-to-haves. 

Together with the team we realized this project in less than three months (!) and that is definitely something to be proud of. Congrats WETHEBRANDS_ team! 🤝
